These terms govern your use of Paripaata ("the platform", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

The service

Paripaata provides previous-year question papers and practice tools for UPSC and KPSC exam preparation. A free tier is available without an account; creating an account lets you track progress and unlock premium content.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

Content and accuracy

We make a good-faith effort to ensure previous-year papers, answer keys, and explanations are accurate, but we don't guarantee they are error-free or that they reflect the exact composition of any future exam. Paripaata is a study aid, not a substitute for official exam material published by UPSC, KPSC, or the relevant conducting authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Premium purchases and payments

• Premium access is a one-time, lifetime purchase for the content described at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We don't store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Because premium access unlocks digital content immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in case of a genuine technical error (e.g. being charged without receiving access).
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us via our contact page and we'll look into it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or premium access with others, or redistribute paid content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Paripaata platform, its design, and original explanatory content are owned by us. Previous-year exam questions are historical public exam material reproduced for educational study purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for exam outcomes, as no test-prep resource can guarantee results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
